Three Color Operation (red, green and amber) allows you to profile your real-time data, associating colors with reaching your specified thresholds. These colors may be associated with individual fields and splits as well as entire message bulletins. Any time posted statistics fall below or rise above a critical threshold, the information display can change colors to alert agents.
These same Readerboards can display other pertinent information, such as a scrolling message across the bottom of the sign. These messages may include Congratulations for Goals Achieved...Company News...Sales Goals and Current Statistics...Special Events...Birthday Greetings...Emergency Alarms...Network Status...Benefits Announcements...

For example, if the longest call waiting is under 25 seconds, the call waiting value may be shown in green. When the number reaches 30 seconds, the color changes to amber. If the call volume should increase dramatically and exceed the 30 second threshold, the color automatically changes to red and backup agents are notified.
