Simply attach the Ethernet Adapter to the back of a display and connect your Ethernet cable to the Adapter. The Series B Alpha Ethernet Adapter II connects a sign’s RS232/RS485 port to a 10/100BASE-T Ethernet network. No external power supply is required as the Adapter is powered directly by the display and our Ethernet Adapter is easily configured remotely over your network.

The UDS1100 is easily manageable through HTTP, SNMP, Telnet or a supplied Windows GUI. It allows easy upgrade via Flash ROM and includes Lantronix Com Port Redirector software, enabling Windows applications to communicate to remote networked devices.
In addition the UDS1100 is a programmable solution for serial-to-Ethernet connectivity. Its robust performance, modem replacement/emulation and compact size make it an ideal solution for countless applications.
